Our homeowners were looking for was a simple bathroom remodel. They were not looking for any frills. Sometime less is more and in this case, the statement holds true. We started by removing all of the old finishes including the wallpaper. We then framed in the wall to pack out the existing recessed medicine cabinet cavity. From there, we were able to skim coat the existing walls and smooth them out to provide a great surface to paint. Some notable features of this space include: New ceramic tile flooring, pedestal sink, toilet topper storage, MDF wainscot and a neutral paint scheme.
