Versatex To The Resuce

Being both the designer and the builder here at Next Level Remodeling, we always appreciate when companies develop products that are designed with the builder in mind. What most people do not know is that it takes a lot of time and labor to cover a wood post. To get that perfectly assembled base, workers would have to miter four individual joints on site, make sure the seam fits perfectly and then glue the piece together. This was until VERSATEX came to the rescue by offering a product that has pre-mitered grooves and friction fit joints. This amazing product takes all the labor and time out of wrapping columns and turns it into a one-piece wrap that is easily assembled. All you need is to apply PVC glue, fold around column, secure it and move on to the next. This product always keeps everyone happy by saving both time and money for our clients and our company with its efficiency....

LED Wafer Lights

This new kid on the block is getting all the attention and with good reason.  Learn why the wafer, recessed light fixture is the way to go. For years, remodeling companies and electricians have struggled trying to make their electrical layouts work in the field.  There are so many existing conditions that are usually covered up when an initial design layout is created.  “You must always make adjustments in the field to clear joists, duct work, plumbing, a buried body, you name it.  We have seen it all.” Says Kyle Matta with MGK Electric  Unfortunately, many of the field changes that may be necessary are not always the most esthetically pleasing and sometimes result in an unfavorable layout.  Recessed lighting of the past always came with a rough housing that was installed in the ceiling.  Todays wafer fixtures are only ½” tall and will sit flush with the drywall on the ceiling.  They have a remote driver (the brain) that can be installed in a relatively close location but...

Clean Lines and Clean Clothes

A laundry room can be more than just utilitarian.  It can also make a statement and complement your other surrounding rooms.  At this home in Cherry Hill, NJ, Next Level Remodeling renovated this space to capture the clients’ ever deserving need to complete their first floor.  If you look closely, you will see that in removing walls and reconfiguring the space, we were able to free up some much needed real estate for cabinetry and countertop use.  We opted to use a commercial grade stainless steel undermount sink set in a granite countertop in lieu of the standard plastic washtub that you see repeatedly used in laundry settings.  The icing on the cake was the ability to hide the furnace and hot water heater behind vented doors.  All in all, this renovation will stand the test of time and provide a convenience and comfort that most dream about.  Call Next Level Remodeling today and see how we can easily make...
